Residential Aged Care Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Leader to join our community, providing clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality clinical care is delivered to residents at all times, adhering to Aged Care quality Standards and policy procedures.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams, focusing on delivering quality resident outcomes.
  • Work in a safe manner, closely following policies and procedures, including IPC, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist the Residential Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and ability to influence others.
  • Strong customer centric approach to business.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft suite.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
