Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience working with payroll teams and previous knowledge of Chris21, Kronos, or PageUp systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement system upgrades and perform day-to-day case management
  • Configure changes, audit data, and upload bulk data
  • Manage user queries, defects, and issues
  • Perform implementation of legislative changes and business requests
  • Support AU Payroll processing and new user creation

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience with payroll systems and configuration
