Mandurah Community Aged Care is a not-for-profit organisation with an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals to join our night duty team in Dawesville, Mandurah.
We are seeking aged care experienced and qualified healthcare professionals to support our brand new, state-of-the-art aged care residence based in Mandurah.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to promote values of collaboration, accountability, respect, empathy, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health and well-being of residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and developing care plans to reflect the needs of our residents
- Implementing client care within their scope of practice
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to promote education and leadership in aged care
