About You:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in:
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including reviewing complex issues, developing strategies for improvement, making informed decisions, and providing expert advice in a challenging environment.
- Relevant experience and achievements in law enforcement or public sector agencies, combined with relevant training or qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective liaison, consultation, and negotiation with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed written communication skills, including preparing detailed reports and correspondence on complex topics.
- A solid understanding of the Commission's legislative framework, policies, procedures, and functions, as well as the relevant legislative and policy framework of public sector agencies.
