**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a hands-on entrepreneur who thrives on execution and can seamlessly switch between strategy and tactical execution. As a Strategic Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, building customer acquisition channels from scratch, leading all marketing initiatives, and managing the full sales cycle with educational institutions.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy to establish Taught Lab as a trusted name in education
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector
  • Create and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions
  • Lead all marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign execution, and brand strategy
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in direct customer acquisition and relationship building
  • Builder's mindset and ability to thrive in early-stage environments
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector

**Ideal Candidate**

We're looking for someone who is passionate about education innovation and has a track record of successful customer acquisition in B2B environments. Experience building marketing and sales processes from scratch, as well as hands-on growth achievement in early-stage environments, is highly valued. Knowledge of the Australian education landscape is also a plus.

**Location**

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for other locations within Australia. Some travel may be required for in-person meetings with educational institutions.
