Live Audio Specialist

Job Overview
As an AV technical professional, you will leverage your expertise in live sound and streaming to contribute to our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage live streams and event recordings, including setup, execution, and wrap-up.
- Support hybrid and virtual event delivery, including integrating remote speakers.
- Collaborate with video production, editing, and camera operation teams as needed.
- Contribute to pre-production planning, technical schematics, and production briefs.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently on-site.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in live audio/sound management.
- Fundamental understanding of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a small team.
- Driver's license holder (a requirement for this role).
- Calm under pressure and adept at adapting to changing show conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of vMix, Wirecast, or similar live production software.
- Experience with post-production workflows.
- Background in video production or camera operation.
- Basic IT/networking knowledge to support connectivity for streaming.
