This role involves working with senior leaders to create personalized learning pathways for students with unique needs.

  • Collaborate with senior school leaders to develop tailored learning plans.
  • Review student requirements and modifications.
  • Lead exam provision applications and mentor teachers on classroom differentiation.
  • Mentor and coach teachers to enhance teaching practices.
  • Coordinate individual educational plans and data registration.
  • Record student and parent conferences.

As an educator, you will be expected to maintain high standards of learning and teaching, assessment, and reporting. You will work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience.

We seek a dedicated teacher who can provide continuity for Senior School students. While we prefer a full-time commitment, we may consider part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

  • Demonstrate a passion for special education and individualized learning.
  • Exhibit expertise in differentiated instruction, pedagogy, and assessment strategies.
  • Show understanding of students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Prioritize student wellbeing.
  • Bring recent experience in learning enhancement and a proven ability to work in teams.
  • Hold current VIT registration.
