Role Summary

Green Leaves Maida Vale seeks a dedicated and visionary Lead Educator to spearhead the development of our early childhood education team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for mentoring educators to achieve high standards of curriculum and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Mentor and support educators in their professional growth, providing guidance on planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Educational Leader to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives that promote best practice in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Training.
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificate.
  • A strong focus on the image of the child and proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs through a deep understanding of EYLF and NQS.
  • Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.
