Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Manufacturing Excellence Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence throughout our manufacturing processes.


About the Role
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen strategies to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Prioritize Improvement Opportunities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop Standard Work Procedures: Create and implement visual management tools and process controls to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
  • Train and Coach Staff: Provide guidance and support to staff on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, variances, and root causes. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as OEE, downtime, yield, and throughput.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Utilize statistical tools to support problem-solving and decision-making. Present insights and recommendations to leadership to inform operational goals.
  • Project Management: Manage improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to implement changes.
  • Track Project Outcomes: Monitor and report on project outcomes, including ROI and performance improvements.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and convey insights.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Ability to lead and coach teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Process Improvement Knowledge: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
