Strategic Payment Solutions Manager

The Domestic Payment Product team is responsible for managing and developing CBA's payment solutions.
This team supports retail to institutional Banking customers with the Business Banking (BB) Payments service.
Key Responsibilities- Generate meaningful business insights on performance and customer behaviour against key objectives by gathering information from various sources.
- Drive product performance, continuous improvement and risk buy-down initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with other Payments product teams, coverage, sales segments, risk, compliance, operations and analytics teams to drive business outcomes.
- Deliver product features or process enhancements including marketing, communication and training activities as well as relationship building efforts.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of domestic payments processes and have sound knowledge of the Financial Services Industry.
- Project Delivery - Leverage expertise in Product Management, productivity and process management disciplines with a focus on delivery/project delivery.
- Possess advanced stakeholder management skills with a proven history of influencing senior leadership across Product, Distribution and Risk Management.
- Hold a commercially relevant degree at an undergraduate or higher level.
