Senior Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Support Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and driving innovation in technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of incidents raised by users or caused by system failure
  • Deploy code into non-prod and production environments and provide support to other technical teams
  • Prepare technical documents and knowledge articles to support users and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank standards, and internal operating policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of technology experience in software delivery and deployment
  • Strong operational and technical expertise is essential
  • Experience in Java or SpringBoot
  • 4+ years in a Support role using ITIL Framework (Incident, Change, and Configuration Management)
  • 3+ years in AWS and/or Azure technology
