Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment of client operating models to develop strategic plans that improve operational performance.
• Design capability models to support business improvements and address client needs.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand guiding principles and decision drivers for digital solution selections.
• Elicit and assess functional requirements and processes, preparing fit/gap assessments.
• Develop solution visions and executable roadmaps to address client business requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend business, technology, and infrastructure architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with new and evolving solutions and technologies through research and case studies.
• Oversee the delivery of enterprise architecture/roadmap as the Engagement Lead.
• Promote an AI-driven mindset and help teams adopt new technologies and workflows.
• Guide the organisation through digital transformation using AI as a strategic enabler.
• Leverage AI to distill complex data into insights and maintain high-quality datasets.
• Improve the enterprise architecture framework and toolsets to support project delivery.
• Provide specialist product knowledge and domain expertise during sales opportunities.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with architectural insights and technical differentiators.
• Participate in client presentations to explain architectural vision and transformation strategy.
• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: select deployment models (cloud, on-premises, hybrid) and ensure integration with existing systems.
• Solution Design & Modelling: use AI to enhance architecture diagrams and patterns.
• Provide input on effort estimation, delivery models, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align presales architecture with delivery capabilities.
• Introduce emerging technologies and architectural patterns that differentiate the solution.
• AI Architecture Planning: design end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Data Science & ML: understand ML frameworks and statistical modeling.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure AI systems align with policies and evolving regulations.
• Tool Selection & Integration: evaluate and integrate AI tools with enterprise data platforms and analytics systems.
• Reporting & Visualization: use generative AI to produce executive summaries and dashboards.
• Ethical Oversight: identify risks like model bias and ensure responsible AI practices.
• Scenario Planning: build and compare transformation scenarios using AI-generated insights.
• Data governance and quality considerations throughout engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture engagements.
• Advanced skills in creating technical architecture diagrams, AI strategy, agentic AI, and solution design documentation.
• Familiarity with PM approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid.
• Deep understanding of multiple systems and technologies; proven client pre-sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of a wide range of applications and technical platforms.
• Hybrid work arrangements (ability to WFH 2 days per week).
