Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and standards">
  • Manage financial performance and oversee service presentation standards">
  • Provide regular performance reports and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders">

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles within early childhood education or childcare services">
  • Strong financial skills, including cost accountability and reporting">
  • Demonstrated experience managing culturally diverse teams">
  • Tertiary qualification in Children's Services, Education, or equivalent">
