Job Title: Support Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide essential support for our Self-Employment Assistance program. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, be proficient in using CRM tools, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027 with the potential for extension. While ideally full-time, we are open to considering part-time applicants. The role will be based in our Maroochydore, Noosa or Caloundra offices.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth program delivery and supporting participants on their business journey. This includes working collaboratively with candidates, mentors, and the SEA team to provide timely and effective support, accurate administration of our CRM and compliance with system requirements, data analysis and report preparation to enhance and streamline business processes, managing participant intake and onboarding, ensuring accurate advice on eligibility, enrolment, and program requirements, handling inbound customer service calls and conducting quality outbound calls within agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Self-Employment Assistance program
  • Collaborating with candidates, mentors, and the SEA team to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Accurate administration of CRM and compliance with system requirements
  • Data analysis and report preparation to enhance and streamline business processes
  • Managing participant intake and onboarding, ensuring accurate advice on eligibility, enrolment, and program requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Confidence working within tight timeframes and meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgement
  • Proven administration and customer service experience, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Competence in using workplace systems and CRM tools
  • Able to obtain Blue Card and National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
  • A current open driver licence
