As our new Administration Assistant, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements out of our Caloundra office.

**Empowering Abilities, Elevating Administration**

Operating in a busy environment, you will utilise your superb organisational skills and excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality support to our support service team.

**Responsibilities**:

- General administration functions, such as filing and records management.
- Providing admin support to our local team.
- Petty cash, corporate card, reconciliations.

**What you bring**:

- Experience in a similar role and a friendly personality
- Can-do attitude
- Calm and well organised approach to your work.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Competency with database systems, financial & records management systems _(desirable)._
- Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can help).
