Senior Brand Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand and marketing efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the customer brand and marketing strategy for unique consumer and agribusiness products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and go-to-market plans, collaborating with partner agencies on creative executions.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, and KPIs for go-to-market campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
  • Regularly engage with leadership and stakeholders, presenting marketing strategies, plans, and key findings.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating a centre of excellence in brand and marketing.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on marketing or PR/communications.
  • Proven expertise in briefing agencies and managing complex campaigns to drive audience engagement and direct sales.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of fostering a positive, high-energy team culture and managing team performance.
  • Experience in brand development and management, delivering impactful brand campaigns and messaging.
  • Knowledge of the reverse mortgage or agriculture market is advantageous.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to pitch innovative ideas to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the creative briefing process and working with creative partners to bring concepts to life.
