We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with veterinarians and their staff in the VIC & TAS region, Australia.
Job DescriptionThe Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in introducing Antech's innovative diagnostic and imaging solutions into clinics, enabling faster and more accurate care for pets. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within the territory.
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities in a timely and consistent manner.
- Managing and growing existing accounts to strengthen long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, ideally within the veterinary, reference lab, or diagnostics sector, and excellent relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills, as well as an understanding of the veterinary and clinical diagnostic environment, are essential. Additionally, the candidate should be goal-driven, confident, and proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and CRM systems.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven sales experience within the veterinary, reference lab, or diagnostics sector.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of hitting targets.
- Understanding of the veterinary and/or clinical diagnostic environment.
- Goal-driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
