Lead Infrastructure Planner

About the Role
ERM is seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Planner/Project Manager to lead major projects approvals and environmental impact assessment processes, focusing on renewables and infrastructure projects. This role offers a unique opportunity for a senior professional to advance their career with a global environmental leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex project approvals processes, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop technical proposals to secure new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Mentor junior consulting staff to enhance their skill sets in environmental impact assessments.
- Foster strong relationships with ERM employees and clients to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in statutory planning and environmental approvals.
- Expertise in Commonwealth and NSW environmental legislation.
- Strong leadership skills, integrity, and strategic thinking to address client needs.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Authorisation to work in Australia.
Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
