As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of our growing portfolio of large infrastructure projects across NSW, Australia, and the broader region. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing brilliant and innovative solutions to our clients.

The role involves coordinating, managing, and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support. You will work closely with a large number of professionals in a range of geographies and build relationships with internal and external clients across multiple sectors, ensuring client service satisfaction.

You will also have opportunities to coach junior professionals, providing technical direction and fostering the growth and development of the team. The role offers a strong culture, a diverse project portfolio, and global reach.

We are looking for an individual with relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in water and/or wastewater projects within a dynamic consulting and design environment. Design experience that demonstrates the development and evaluation of options to arrive at a preferred solution – water, recycled water, sewerage – all things Water Infrastructure is essential.

Proficiency in water/wastewater process modelling software and knowledge of water industry standards, codes, and common practices are also required. Passion for delivering high-quality work, with excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills, is crucial for success in this role.
