Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-of-house services to a high standard, ensuring seamless interactions with clients, employees, guests, and interview candidates.
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure the room booking system and client floor run smoothly.
  • Manage phone calls and the reception mailbox with accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior corporate service-related experience is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit warmth and strength in interactions with clients, ensuring positive experiences.
  • Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills, including impeccable personal presentation and corporate attire at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and in-house reception databases.
