In-House Legal Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced In-House Legal Specialist to provide strategic support in respect of projects and contribute to the growth of our business.
About the Role
This position involves working closely with the General Counsel, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on property-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction, and development projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate property and commercial contracts and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on property transactions to identify legal risks and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes related to property and commercial issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have between 6 to 8 years' post-admission experience in property law, ideally with some exposure to construction law from private practice or in-house.
