Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will work independently in the field, providing expert service and technical support to customers across metro and regional NSW.

This role involves installing, maintaining and repairing advanced dental equipment, contributing to improved patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, calibrate, maintain and repair a wide range of dental equipment on-site and in-house.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance.
  • Accurately manage service reporting, inventory and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system.
  • Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle and equipment to professional standards.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks.
  • Travel regularly throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW (overnight travel as required).

Requirements:

  • Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics or Appliance Repair.
  • Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) – advantageous but not essential.
  • Radiation Safety Licence – advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair or technical support role.
  • Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
