About the Role
We are seeking a Tax Expert to join our team. As a Tax Expert, you will be responsible for delivering implementation projects of tax software for a range of clients, including ASX100 and multi-national corporates. You will advise clients as the technical subject matter expert for our tax software products, train clients, prepare guides and other documentation. You will also support the client relationship management team as the technical expert in client conversations. In this opportunity as Tax Expert, you will deliver implementation projects for tax software products, including advising clients as the technical subject matter expert, providing training, and troubleshooting. You will also be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver implementation projects for tax software products.
  • Advise clients as the technical subject matter expert for our tax software products.
  • Train clients on the use of our tax software products.
  • Prepare guides and other documentation for clients.
  • Support the client relationship management team as the technical expert in client conversations.
  • Be involved in sales enablement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Australian tax.
  • Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
