Job Title: Servicing Expert

We are looking for an experienced Servicing Expert to lead our Service Delivery functions. The ideal candidate will have people/team management experience, a trade background and excellent communication skills.

  • This role involves managing workflow, labour resourcing and planning for multiple teams.
  • The Servicing Expert will drive operational excellence, employee development, coaching and recruitment.
  • The job also involves managing work-in-progress lists, schedules and customer accounts.
  • The successful candidate will oversee PSA renewals, estimating and delivery plans.
  • They will also drive weekly reviews of WIP and quote reports.
  • The Servicing Expert will manage technician development and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Employee Development: Provide coaching, training and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Labour Resourcing: Manage the allocation of resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Customer Accounts: Manage customer relationships and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • People/Team Management Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing staff.
  • Trade Background: Must have a trade background in HVAC, BMS or Electrical.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: High level of expertise in MS Office software.
