Job Summary

This Carer role is an excellent opportunity to join our tight-knit team at Bupa Aged Care in Tamworth. As a Carer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our experienced clinicians and other support staff to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and support services;
  • Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of our residents;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations;
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability;
  • A passion for delivering world-class care and supporting the autonomy of our residents;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents;
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload efficiently.
