Job Summary

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability;
  • A passion for delivering world-class care and supporting the autonomy of our residents;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents;
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload efficiently.
