We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to join our team in the Tamworth area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and companionship for older people living in their own homes, empowering their independence and improving their quality of life.

With a focus on supporting clients to stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible, your duties may include:

  • Assisting with household tasks, grocery shopping, or meal preparation
  • Providing personal care, including personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and helping with mealtime or medication administration
  • Transporting clients to appointments or shopping trips
  • Accompanying clients on outings or assisting with our Healthy Living for Seniors activities

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience providing client-centered care
  • Current First Aid certification
  • A valid driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
