  • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide in-home personal care, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry & ironing.
    • Deliver personalized care aligned with each client's unique Care Plan.
    • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for clients.
    • Support clients with transportation needs, including shopping trips and appointments.
  • Requirements
    • A current driver's license and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
    • Willingness to travel to clients' homes within the specified service locations in Tamworth.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
    • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
    • A Certificate 3, 4, or diploma in Aged Care, Home Care, Disability, or a related field.
    • Experience in using mobility aids/hoisting devices is highly valued.
