Residential Real Estate Marketing Lead

Our organisation is seeking a Marketing Professional to support our residential real estate business by developing and executing integrated national marketing campaigns. This role will play a key part in creating a broad range of marketing materials, managing internal communications channels, and owning our digital design platforms.
Responsibilities- Developing localised campaigns, brochures, press releases, presentations, social media content, signage, sponsorships, and other marketing materials.
- Executing integrated national marketing campaigns from concept development through to launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Managing internal communications channels, including the intranet, EDMs, and WhatsApp community.
- Owning digital design platforms and championing continuous development of digital and print assets for agents.
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Specialist with website management, social media, and content creation.
- Managing relationships with external partners, briefing agencies, reviewing creative work, and maintaining brand guidelines alignment.
- Coordinating events, including awards and recognition programs, and conferences.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with relevant industry experience.
- A strong understanding of brand consistency and campaign development across traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Experience working closely with large sales teams, preferably in real estate.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with strong writing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
