About the Role

Our business is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing strategies and execute them effectively.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our residential real estate business, working closely with a large network of sales teams and agents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a range of marketing materials, including localised campaigns, brochures, press releases, presentations, social media content, signage, sponsorships and more
  • Executing integrated national marketing campaigns, from concept development through to launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Managing internal communications channels, including our intranet, EDMs and WhatsApp community
  • Product ownership for our digital design platforms and championing continuous development of digital and print assets for agents
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Specialist with management of our website, social media and content creation
  • Managing relationships with external partners, briefing agencies, reviewing creative work and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines
  • Supporting the broader marketing team with the coordination of events, including our awards and recognition program, and conferences
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field, along with relevant industry experience
  • A strong understanding of brand consistency and campaign development across traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Experience working closely with a large network of sales teams and agents, with a genuine interest in creating tools and campaigns that help them sell
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with strong writing and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems and email marketing platforms
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
