As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pre-sales support and services to our clients in the AU region. This includes managing major customer terminal solution projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and maintenance.

You will lead customer requirements collection and requirements management, developing innovative solutions that meet their needs while exceeding their expectations. Additionally, you will provide product training and demos to customers, helping them understand our products and services.

In this role, you will also develop strong relationships with customer technical teams, including product managers, sales engineers, and professional service teams. You will provide technical support for business development initiatives and work closely with account managers to drive sales growth.

To succeed in this position, you will require a strong understanding of communication, electronics, computer, and other related fields. A bachelor's degree or above is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in related positions, preferably in the unified communication industry.

Excellent customer service skills, communication, and coordination abilities are essential for success in this role. You must be able to promote implementation and have excellent written expression skills to independently carry out customer visits, on-site DEMOs, and speaking engagements.

We offer a competitive annual package of AUD$120,000- AUD$150,000 and a seniority level entry point.
