**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated culinary professional to provide nutritious meals for our residents and support the wider hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in safe food preparation, storage and delivery, as well as great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements with a strong focus on food safety standards.
  • Support senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation.
  • Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience.
  • Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards.
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks.
