Biopsy Territory Manager Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing sales targets in hospitals across the South Australia territory for Biopsy products.

  • Achieving sales targets requires building strong customer relationships through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to penetrate target accounts involves conducting market research, identifying key decision-makers, and creating personalized sales approaches.
  • Identifying tender and rate contract opportunities and preparing proposals accordingly requires analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and developing competitive pricing strategies.
  • Conducting product presentations to various customer groups, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, involves educating customers about product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Organizing conferences and seminars to educate customers about our products enhances customer engagement and builds brand awareness.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and staying updated on new product launches or pricing changes helps to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer data ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports business decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medical device promotion involves staying up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and standards.
  • Providing market feedback to the Marketing Department regarding trends and consumer preferences informs product development, marketing strategies, and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in the Medical Device industry, with a proven success record in similar roles. Experience in Oncology/Biopsy is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
