About the Role:
- Assist in the implementation of site-specific WH&S procedures to guarantee adherence to safety regulations.
- Conduct safety assessments, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to enhance work procedures and safety practices.
- Collaborate with site personnel to motivate and engage them in achieving WH&S goals, fostering a safety-conscious culture.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Safety Supervision
- Construction white card
- Driver's license & reliable transport
- Demonstrated experience as a Safety Advisor or in a similar safety-related role, particularly in civil construction.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders, site personnel, and clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess safety procedures and recommend improvements.
