We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Advisor to join our client's established Safety team in Renmark, South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a strong health and safety culture across the Riverland region's Farm and Packhouse operations.
  • Develop and execute safety initiatives, training programs, and compliance systems to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to influence a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Oversee incident and hazard reporting, investigation, and monitoring.
  • Develop and execute audits to ensure compliance with relevant safety legislation and codes.
  • Coordinate return-to-work processes and provide support to injured workers.
About You

We are looking for a collaborative and practical individual with a minimum of one year of experience in safety management systems. You should have knowledge of relevant safety legislation and codes, as well as experience in change management of WHS practices.

As a creative thinker, you will employ innovative techniques to improve current practices and identify areas for improvement.
