Senior Events Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced events professional to lead the delivery of high-profile events. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders and partners to develop and manage event strategies, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual office events plans, including strategy, budgeting, and reporting
  • Coordinate corporate events such as Christmas parties, client breakfasts, boardroom lunches, and sponsorship activations
  • Manage financial administration, including disbursements, budgets, and invoice processing
  • Liaise with suppliers, Partners, and senior staff to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Provide marketing support to Sydney Partners and assist with implementation of national strategies
  • Oversee local office sponsorship event activities
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in events, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage Partners, Directors, and senior staff
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering events end-to-end
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing technology platforms
