Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement positive behaviour strategies and support plans to enhance client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening or equivalent
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Safety Intervention Training
  • Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
