Job Title: Support Partner
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation and household management
- Support access to the community through outings and social events
- Engage in home-based activities that promote skill development and personal growth
- Implement positive behaviour strategies and support plans to enhance client outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening or equivalent
- Current Driver's Licence
- First Aid & CPR
- Safety Intervention Training
- Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
