Business Service Ambassador

Welcome to the role of Business Service Ambassador, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our business customers. Your greatest motivation is to ensure that every customer receives the best service at the right time.

As a key member of our team, you will play a front-line role in welcoming and accompanying business customers. A good listener with a high degree of discretion, you will receive customers in the office or by telephone and direct them to the appropriate department.

You will also be involved in operational activities such as managing telephony and mail, compiling data and word processing, and liaising with other parts of our organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in administration and one year of experience in financial services, secretarial work or customer service. Alternatively, they may hold a vocational diploma in secretarial studies or a high school diploma with eighteen months to two years' experience in financial services or secretarial work. Any equivalence in training and experience will be considered.

In addition, the person must have knowledge of the telephone system, written French (spelling and grammar), knowledge of business products and services distributed by caisses, subsidiaries and competitors, and knowledge of the philosophy and operation of a financial services cooperative.

Proficiency in both official languages is required.
