Customer Service Trainee Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Finance team as a Customer Service Trainee.
">About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification - Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement).

  • You will be responsible for delivering positive face-to-face customer service experiences, processing front counter and over-the-phone customer transactions and enquiries using computer systems, and liaising across all departments to refer customer services enquiries onto relevant personnel.

To be successfully considered, you will have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to Follow Direction: The ability to follow direction and procedures, showing initiative and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer Literacy: Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills with high levels of data entry accuracy and speed.
  • Resilience and Time Management: High resilience level and the ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Confidentiality: The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Previous Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in processing credit card payments and cash handling an advantage.
