We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality early childhood education programs that meet the needs of young children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate early childhood education programs that promote child development and learning
  • Recruit, train, and supervise early childhood staff to ensure high-quality program delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to support program success
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funds and optimal program outcomes
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform program improvements and expansion
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education leadership or management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful early childhood education programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
