About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Design Lead to oversee the delivery of multiple design packages across our state-of-the-art Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) Campus project in Woden. As part of this role, you will lead a team of consultants and collaborate with our construction team to ensure all technical requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex design processes from brief to delivery phase on major building projects.
  • Review compliance and chair design meetings to drive collaboration and progress.
  • Maintain accurate document control and ensure alignment with sector-specific health and government procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant field such as Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in managing design teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex design challenges.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
