We are working with a leading construction business in the ACT delivering new build construction and commercial refurbishment across sectors with a strong government contract presence.
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience working across GC21 contracts to join the team.
You will be responsible for planning, coordination and control of projects from construction through to completion.
You will work closely with the client to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, objectives and constraints to ensure project deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and control projects from construction through to completion.
Collaborate with clients to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, objectives and constraints.
Monitor progress to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary education in construction or project management field.
Commercial construction experience with proven experience working across GC21 contracts.
Pre- and post-contract project management experience.
Ability to work to deadlines and timeframes to meet and exceed client expectations.
Ability to meet all WHS and safety requirements and reporting.
Excellent communication skills to work with the client and construction team.
