Design Build Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to join the team and lead fitout and refurbishment projects from inception to completion across Canberra. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of projects, collaborating with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while upholding quality and innovation.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading and managing project teams across design, delivery and handover.
  • Building strong client relationships and representing company values on every project.
  • Driving project programming, budgets, and commercial outcomes.
  • Coordinating with site teams to ensure safety and quality standards are achieved.
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a supportive culture.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of building practices, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust.
