Risk Management Professional

As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the management of HR casework. This includes effectively managing health management, WorkCover claims, injury rehabilitation, and statutory reporting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating incidents or allegations as directed and providing reports and recommendations. Additionally, they will educate and influence stakeholders to support the implementation of HSW strategy and practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertake research and prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes, and letters
- Participate as a member of a work team by building and maintaining cooperative relationships
- Contribute to quality improvement activities
We offer a competitive salary with annual incremental increases, flexible working arrangements, and access to salary packaging. As a Metro South employee, you will also benefit from a higher than standard employer contribution to Superannuation of up to 12.75%.
