About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Site Manager at Coles Express. As a key member of our station team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Manager in business development, administration, and store presentation
  • Work towards targets that include fuel volume, shop sales, safety, and mystery shop scores based on service, standards, and customer priority
  • Undertake merchandising and rotation of stock to ensure site presentation standards are always met
  • Assist with console operation and look ahead to energize the team and deliver with pride
About You
