Job Summary:

We are looking for a Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring high standards of quality, customer service, and health and safety are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of retail management and the F&B industry, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience or 1 year experience in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail staff, organize working plans, and ensure standards are met
  • Identify market trends and instruct staff on sales procedures
  • Inspect returned goods, react accordingly, and maintain inventory balance
  • Price products, manage display shelves, and maintain sales procedures
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries

Food Service Supervisor:

We are also seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check food quality, recognize superior products, and operate cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients, portion food, and ensure great presentation
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and participate in staff training

Barista Specialist:

We are looking for a skilled Barista Specialist to prepare and serve a variety of drinks and coffee-based beverages. The ideal candidate will have experience in coffee preparation, customer service, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve drinks, select and grind coffee beans, and prepare coffee drinks
  • Handle payments, promote products, and maintain bar and coffee preparation areas

What We Offer:

  • Annual Salary from $55,000 to $65,000 plus super with 38 working hours per week
  • Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of retail management, F&B industry, and minimum 2 years' relevant experience or 1 year experience in Australia
  • Reliable, organized, and willing to work hard
  • General knowledge and experience working in remote Aboriginal communities in NT
