Your Responsibilities

\
  • You will provide coaching and guidance to leaders to help them grow thriving teams with optimism and opportunity.\
  • You will bring curiosity to every challenge including navigating employee relations or streamlining people processes.\
  • You will champion moments that matter from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring every experience feels human, inclusive, and aligned with our values.\
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a workplace where fashion meets purpose.\

      • A solid foundation in HR (around 2–3 years) with experience in generalist advisory work.\
      • Natural curiosity and confidence navigating all kinds of people conversations with empathy, clarity, and care.\
