Portfolio Strategy Expert

The Australian Retirement Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Strategy Expert to join its Dynamic Asset Allocation team.

  • Work closely with the Portfolio Manager and team to shape investment decisions.
  • Delve into macroeconomic, sector, and company trends, as well as policy shifts, that affect asset valuations.
  • Build and refine valuation models across asset classes, such as equities.
  • Improve how we construct the DAA portfolio and manage risk.
  • Deliver clear, high-quality reports to support investment proposals.
  • Issue trade instructions to change or maintain portfolio positions.
  • Share insights across the Investments team to enhance our asset allocation capabilities.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in building fundamental valuations models and be confident in your research and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic investment plans, conducting thorough market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
