The Role

As a Technology Service Manager, you will play a key role in leading our technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
