Lead Product Experience Strategist

This role focuses on elevating customer experience through end-to-end design processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive seamless integration across platforms by leading discovery to execution design processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define user experiences that meet business objectives
  • Map out front-to-back customer journeys and task flows
  • Design & prototype intuitive user interfaces
  • Understand customer needs and pain points through direct interaction
  • Inform design decisions with customer insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain and grow the design system
  • Advocate for Product Design by sharing work, promoting best practices, and building relationships with stakeholders

Key Requirements:
- Experienced in designing complex software with a strong portfolio showcasing successful outcomes
- Skilled in planning, conducting, and synthesising user research to inform effective design solutions
- Recent Fintech experience (ideally B2B)
- Proficient in Figma for prototyping, finished designs, and implementing design systems
- Ability to iterate rapidly, validate designs efficiently, and make pragmatic trade-offs when necessary
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders and running workshops
