About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Field Service Coordinator to join our Metro Field Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in the Melbourne Metro region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, technicians, and coordinators
  • Assist with the triage and prioritization of service jobs for our technicians
  • Set up and manage major works, including organizing parts lists, tooling, and equipment
  • Liaise with technicians and coordinators to assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of service and repair works
  • Work with supervisors to ensure work planning is optimized
  • Day-to-day invoicing and work-in-progress responsibilities
About You

We are looking for a qualified diesel mechanic with CAT Dealer experience who is a self-starter, willing to go the extra mile to achieve results, and a great collaborator and listener. You will have excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills, an empathetic approach, and proven conflict resolution abilities under pressure.
